We have our express products almost all the time in stock. In rare cases it might happen a specific product is out of stock. We expect delivert to be delayed by a maximum of three days. If the product is not in stock by then, we will discuss the available options with you.
Good question, we don't have a straight answer. It depends on how quick we can fulfil your order plus the time our logistics partners needs to get your package to its destination. We can control the first part, not the latter. It differs per country.
Small products are packaged in plastic bags or cardboard boxes. Larger orders are always shipped in cardboard boxes. All packaging is white-label. Custom packaging is available for branding.
Your customers can sent returns to our fulfilment center in Afferden, The Netherlands. If you wish, you can also handle returns yourself.
Yes. Each product in our system does have a unique SKU, but not a ean-code.
You can make a deposit in your wallet by iDEAL or creditcard.
All prices on our website are listed without VAT.
The order is placed on hold until sufficient balance is present. You will be notified if your balance is too low.
